Marilynne Rudick is a
co-founder and partner in E-WRITE.
She uses her skills as a writer, editor, and
trainer to develop leading-edge writing courses
for both in-person and online delivery. She's
developed e-mail marketing materials for
Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, and she's
created user-focused web content for business,
government, and nonprofit clients. She's
repurposed print materials for the web,
including museum exhibitions and software
documentation. She is the co-author of Clear,
Correct, Concise E-Mail: A Writing Workbook for
Customer Service
Agents. Before founding E-WRITE,
she was a writer and editor. She has written
for The New York Times, The
Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor,
and Advertising Age, among other
publications. She's written and edited books,
articles, reports, user manuals, business
plans, book proposals, and promotional
materials for clients including Time-Life
Books, Phillips Publishing, the Federal
Communications Commission, and the United
States Information Agency. She was a writing
trainer and consultant to the GAO's
(Government Accountability Office) Training
Institute.
