• Write content for the Health section of the site, explaining genetic disorders and testing, and clinical research to lay audiences.  
  
• Write the About NHGRI section of the site to explain the Institute's organization, structure, budget and finances.
• Locate online resources to supplement the Health section web pages.

Highlight
Explaining complicated information about genes and genetic diseases clearly and simply for people without a scientific or medical background.  Working as part of the Institute's web development team and with doctors and researchers at NIH.
