To elevate your e-mail from adequate to excellent, you must write responses that solve your customers' problems and make them feel valued. In this course, you'll learn how to write e-mail that clearly answers customers’ questions. You'll learn how to read between the lines to identify and solve the customer's problem. This course will teach you how to customize and integrate automated responses into your e-mails. You'll learn the importance of tone and how to personalize e-mail to build customer loyalty. During this course you will review, revise, and write customer-focused e-mail. You’ll also read several chat examples and learn how to compose fluently online. Feedback from instructors will reinforce your writing skills.
