Writing For Reuse: How To Write Content That Can Be Published In Multiple Documents And Formats  

Is your company using a content management system?  Are you being encouraged to write your content once so you can publish it in many formats: on the web, in product catalogs, in a brochure?  Writing for reuse requires versatility as well as structure.  In this course, you’ll learn how to structure writing so its components can be published in multiple formats.  You’ll learn the difference between structured and unstructured content.  You’ll also learn how to explain reuse to your colleagues and staff and how to establish guidelines or models to make reuse possible.
