Writing Clear, Correct, Concise E-Mail To Customers  

Does your customer service staff send e-mails that contain errors in grammar, spelling, usage, and tone? Do these e-mails undermine your organization's professional image? This course, based on Clear, Correct, Concise E-Mail: A Writing Workbook for Customer Service Agents, will review and refresh basic writing skills. After completing a writing pre-test, participants will improve their writing through practice exercises based on real e-mail exchanges between customers and companies.  Each participant will receive a copy of the Clear, Correct, Concise E-Mail workbook which contains guidance and exercises that reinforce learning after the course.
